Refund Policy

Since Kiniva INC is offering non-tangible irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site. Customer’s satisfaction is our motto and hence, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund, provided there is no resolution to your dissatisfaction of services provided by us and a request must reach us through E-mail with a clear reason for refund.

For Stand-alone/incident based service requests:

  • Once we receive your request, we will work with you to resolve your dissatisfaction for our services within 7 days of your submission of request.
  • In case you are still not satisfied with our assurance and commitment and it is determined by us that our products or services offered were defective, we will accept your request and refund the amount, you paid for our services.
  • In case of partial resolution of stand-along service request, covering multiple service areas, which we determine to have resolved and your determination to terminate our services in-between, your service charge will be pro-rated, and the remaining amount, if any will be refunded to you.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation by our customer care and your account will be credited in the manner, paid for at the time of request for our product/services, for example, electronic bank account transfer or credit card or pay pal account, whichever was used at the time of purchase.


Kiniva INC PC support plan starts from the date, you sign up for such services on our website and the service charge becomes payable effective that date. Our service charges are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of USA, related to consumption of goods and services. You shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties, if levied any, in your country with respect to our provision of services to you. For online buying a valid credit card is required for paying accounts. We reserve the right to accept or reject the payment made through credit cards. According to our policy, we never store credit card information for any customer and we will not charge any amount to your account without your explicit consent.


Billing & Refund Policy

“Monthly Support subscription” will start from the date of the “Monthly support subscription” is subscribed, and the subscription charges becomes payable effective that date. The service charge will be billed in advance on monthly basis, on the date of subscription, of every calender month and will be non-refundable charge.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription can be cancelled by either with a seven days prior notice. For cancellation of the” Monthly support subscription”, subscriber can issue a “Monthly Support Subscription” cancellation request through Email (info@webinliner.com) for the cancellation of the “Monthly Support subscription” at least 7 days prior to the due date of the monthly subscription & Kiniva INC will cancel the “Monthly support subscription”. Subscriber’s card/account will not be charged for coming & subsequent months further & monthly support services will be cancelled.
